This action may violate federal laws, including 18 U.S.C. §1701 (Obstruction of Mails), which prohibits knowingly obstructing mail delivery, and 18 U.S.C. §1702 (Obstruction of Correspondence), which addresses preventing mail from reaching addressees, both carrying penalties of fines or imprisonment. Additionally, it could breach Florida Statutes §723.022 (Mobile Home Park Owner’s General Obligations), requiring safe and operational services, and §723.0615 (Retaliatory Conduct) if intended to punish residents for exercising rights, such as filing complaints.
